Watch this Let's Talk webinar to hear how leaders and stakeholders in Washington State came together around a unified vision of creating an accessible, equitable and high-quality system of Expanded Learning Opportunity (ELO) programs for school-age and youth development. Leaders share information and lessons learned from a three-year pilot that tested a continuous quality improvement system built specifically for school-age and youth programs now being integrated into the existing QRIS. A variety of professional development resources for school-age programs is also being developed for use in both Washington and other states and systems. The webinar shares information on the intervention and how it was received by programs and coaches, the critical role that various partners played in building political will, and how funding was leveraged from the existing state investments to expand reach to more children and families.
