There are many actions state agencies can take to increase the effectiveness of current systems and better support access to high-quality early learning opportunities, even in the absence of significant funding increases. In this session, participants will learn about actions governors and state agencies can take to support high quality and will hear from a diverse state panel about their experience making positive changes, with limited funding.
