As more states undertake multi-dimensional revisions of their QRIS - standards, monitoring or policies - there is an opportunity to create a system that is not only based on evidence but is also reflective of their stakeholders’ diverse backgrounds, needs and experiences. This session will look at two states’ experiences in undertaking such an in-depth effort to expand participation in their revision process.
