A panel of state and local leaders will share workforce development innovations within a QRIS system, including coaching models, use of the CLASS tool, and partnerships to address higher education equity and access, high-quality teacher preparation, effective teaching practices, and strong site leadership. In this interactive session, participants also will strategize ways to use continuous quality improvement as a foundation to build an educated, effective, diverse early learning workforce.
