QRIS Quality Improvement Approaches

In this webinar, Dr. Smith and Dr. Kreader will present findings on their recent study of state QRIS approaches to quality improvement. They will specifically discuss:

1.  What are the features of professional development and on-site
assistance currently aligned  with states' QRIS (e.g., content, targeting, use of training models)?
2.  How are states supporting trainers and working to ensure high
quality training and technical assistance?
3.  To what extent do current efforts reflect research on professional
development and coaching practices associated with improvements in quality and supports for young children's development?
4.  What are recommendations for ongoing work to strengthen states'
QRIS efforts?
