Establishing inter-rater reliability among licensing staff and other strategies to improve quality assurance
Licensing agencies employ varied strategies to ensure that child care licensing rules are applied consistently and fairly. During this session, we’ll discuss these strategies, including the establishment of interrater reliability, licensor training, and the use of interpretive guides.
