Assessing caseloads, improving caseload distribution, and using workload analyses data

As licensing agencies work to improve their efficiency and effectiveness, they often examine the distribution of licensors’ caseloads. We’ll discuss methods for determining caseloads and the use of workload analyses. We’ll also share tools that can assist licensing agencies in assessing workload, determining caseload, and estimating the cost of additional staff.
