The University of Florida has implemented a robust statewide system that has delivered over 100,000 hours of professional development in less than two years and dramatically improved CLASS scores, and is being implemented in other states. Examine how: innovative online/blended learning experiences are fostering reflective teaching practices, collaborative inquiry, and facilitative leadership; over 400 Community of Practice facilitators and over 350 early learning coaches have been certified; and extensive partnerships are facilitating statewide implementation.
