There is a growing movement to get rid of the old checklist mentality and “quality for a day” and focus on program leaders, teachers and coaches as agents of change. This session will take a deep dive into strategies to shift this paradigm. Learn about an approach being used in Florida that illustrates the power of coaching conversations. Participants will analyze a variety of data displays, consider how they can serve as entry points for engaging teachers in collaborative learning, and discuss how this approach connects with continuous quality improvement.
