Presenters will share how two states are working toward equitable access to high quality for each young child at state, campus, and program/community levels. They will share how Oregon and Vermont have developed guiding principles to support both equity and quality, increased the emphasis on equity and diversity in higher and continuing education programs, and strengthened the emphasis on diversity, inclusion, and equity across program and community contexts.
