The early childhood profession is experiencing rapid change and increasing interconnectedness, creating a  need to address the way we envision leadership. The changing demographics and onslaught of new science have sparked an urgency for us to transform how we build capacity of those under-represented in the early education profession.  Join us to learn about two leadership development models that utilize neuroscience and equity as drivers of that change.  We look forward to hearing from you on these topics, and how we can all make these concepts more actionable for leadership in the 21st century!
