This workshop is intended to provide updates about the Early Childhood Quality Improvement Pathway System (EQuIPS) project, the goal of which is to develop a new measurement system to evaluate early childhood program quality within a Tiered Quality Rating and Improvement System. The measurement system will examine quality at the program level and consists of information from classroom observation, document review, and interviews with teachers and directors.
